Empreva Claims First Prize at UW SEBA Science and Technology Showcase

Co-hosted by SEBA and the Foster Business School's Buerk Center for Entrepreneurship, the Science and Technology Showcase allows students, including scientists, engineers and MBAs, to further explore the commercialization potential for their products. The competition consists of presenting a poster that highlights the technology, as well as a one-minute elevator pitch. A panel of prominent entrepreneurs from the Seattle business community judge the event. Led by co-founder Renuka Ramanathan, Team Empreva claimed the $1000 prize for first place!
